Together with the Endless Mountains Heritage Bureau, we will once again participate in the statewide Walk in Penns Woods. Held as part of a coordinated statewide event on the first Sunday in October, Walk in Penn’s Woods invites communities across Pennsylvania to connect with, understand, and care for their forests.
Timing is currently TBD and will be updated closer to the date. We will meet at the Conklin Run Wilderness entrance, Lake Road, Laporte, PA 18626 for an all-ages hike.
This hike is moderate terrain and approx 2.5 miles. Due to the terrain, this trail accommodates foot traffic only. Pets are permitted if they are well mannered and comply with leash laws. Registration not required.
